1. I, Cat5IT Support have the ability to decline from undertaking any work or job offer proposed by existing or new customers.
2. Payment for jobs or work completed by I, Cat5IT Support for existing or new customers will be accepted after the corresponding work has been completed;
however partial payment will be accepted before and during the work or job process.
3. Payment is to be issued by new or existing customers by cheque or PayPal for administration purposes. Receipts will be given for all payments made and will be available in electronic or paper format.
4. I, Cat5IT cannot guarantee a response to email/online tickets/phone messages or calls/Written letters within any given time scale. However I, Cat5IT will try to respond to all queries as soon as possible, but this is not always feasible due to current employers.
5. All payments include VAT which will be deducted from the amount given by new or existing customers for work or jobs completed by I, Cat5IT. Any payment made for work or jobs completed that are listed on the “What we offer” section of the Cat 5 IT website which fall below 80% of the guideline amounts listed could lead to the rejection of future work or job offers made by the customer making payment.
