Welcome to Cat 5 IT Support

We are a Computer support company based in Exeter, Devon which provides both a free helpdesk* service as well as low cost hands on assistance. We provide support for a wide range of IT problems (Click here for further details).

There is a PayPal or cheque based monetary contribution required for each use of the helpdesk that involves direct help from the support team. The contribution should reflect the value you feel the help received deserved, it will also go towards maintaining the Cat 5 website (click here for guideline contribution).
